This is the first winter we have had traps in trees and there seems to have been a significant
downturn in strikes across several lines during July. Having said that, we have still achieved a
record total of 76 strikes for the month of July.
Results (includes mice as well as rats)

100 Victor traps = 51 Strikes
10 D-Rat traps = 5 Strikes
110 TOTAL traps (Pukenui) = 56 Strikes (51% for the month)
10 Waiarohia Stream traps = 20 Strikes (200% for the month)
GRAND TOTAL = 76 Strikes (63% for the month)
June
85 Victor traps = 48
10 D-Rat traps = 5
95 TOTAL (Pukenui) = 53 (56% for the month)
10 Waiarohia Stream = 10 (100% for the month)
