NZ Tomtit “miromiro” Sightings
Spring has Sprung! NZ tomtit "miromiro" or North Island species "toitoi".Residents of Karanui estate and Three Mile Bush rd are increasingly reporting sightings of these birds. Pukenui Forest Monitored Kiwi Update
Kiwi released in Pukenui Forest in April 2018 are doing well. There has also been some fantastic work done by volunteers weeding and planting at Whau Valley Dam over the last couple of months.
